1. Where do I get tech datas, brochures and specs?

2. Does CETCO have LEED letters for their products?

4. I need to submit a detail request, what do I need to do?

Great question, to provide you with a detail in a timely manor, we need to understand exactly what it is you need. Fill out the detail request form (click on “Details” on the left navigation) and forward it to field.servces@cetco.com or via fax at 847.851.1371. Please allow 3 business days.

5. Who is the Certified Inspector in my area?

6. How do I get pricing for CETCO products?

7. Does a Certified Inspector need to be onsite for all HydroShield projects?

Yes, this is one of the most important aspects to the program. The owners inspector is onsite every time waterproofing is installed to make sure that what is being done falls within the projects specifications. Their responsibility is to Observe-Record-Report, not to make recommendations.

8. What products qualify for what warranties?

10. How do I request a Standard Warranty?

All Standard Warranty requests are submitted electronically. Please click on “Standard Warranty Information” on the left navigation, complete and submit the form. Upon submitting the form, you will be able to print your Standard Warranty right away.

11. What documents do I need to submit for a HydroShield Warranty?

Great question, these are the required items for a HydroShield Warranty:
1. Waterproofing compatibility test
2. PIN Form
3. Specifications
4. Pre-Construction Meeting
5. Daily inspection reports and Photos
6. Waterstop-RX verification form
7. Certificate of Substantial Completion

12. The project is having water ingress, what do I do?

13. Who is my local dealer?

14. What are the requirements of a standard warranty?

Standard warranties must follow the project specifications. Once the project is complete, please complete and submit the Standard Warranty form (click on “Standard Warranty Information” on the left navigation). Your warranty will be generated immediately for you to print.

15. Do I need to install Waterstop-RX or can I use any concrete joint waterstop?

To meet HydroShield Warranty requirements, Waterstop-RX must be used. All HydroShield Warranted projects are required to submit a signed Waterstop-RX installation form before the warranty will be issued.

16. Can a mastic or adhesive from a different company be used on a project that is eligible for a Hydroshield Warranty?

No. Project design and specification details must be designed with only CETCO Waterproofing components, not to include products by others.
